Strong In Your Skin is my signature 1:1 online coaching program for busy adults who are stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle and feeling disconnected from their bodies.

This isn’t another 6-week panic challenge. It’s a monthly coaching program where we build real strength, balanced habits and genuine confidence - in a way that actually fits your life.

Through weekly coaching, we focus on three pillars:

Training:

A personalised plan built around your schedule, equipment and energy. We can start at home and progress you into a studio or gym as your confidence grows.

Nutrition:

A simple, high-protein, personalised plan, so you can stop “being perfect in the week and off the rails on weekends”. Made to help you feel in control around food.

Mindset & Accountability:

Weekly check-ins on WhatsApp, coaching on your self-talk and habits, and ongoing support in the app.

Hello :)

I’m Joe, a wellness coach in Cape Town with clients across the globe. Although everyone’s needs are different, my promise to each person is simple: I’ll tell you exactly what to eat, how to train and provide mental support to help you feel and operate at your best.

My specialty is customisation. No matter your wellness goals, be it sustainable fat loss, muscle gain, consistency or just general coaching and support, I provide tailor-made programmes just for you.

I create (very) easy-to-make nutrition plans (1400–2800 kcal); produce highly considered training programs; and teach mental wellness tools that help build mental strength, thanks to my Honours in Psychology.

We’ll work on two platforms: 1) Trainerize, an app containing your meal plan and training programme; and 2) a private WhatsApp group for check-ins, accountability support and general chat.

I also offer small-group coaching, so if your friends want to go on a collective journey, or your colleagues could benefit from a team wellness programme, we can definitely work something out.
